Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older only, excluding employees of Jollyes Pet Superstores, their immediate families, and anyone connected professionally with the Prize Draw. No purchase is necessary. Entry is via Facebook by submitting your favourite photos of your dogs licking Frozzys frozen yogurt. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and the decisions of Jollyes Petfood Superstores, which are nal and binding in all respects.

Prize

There will be 5 winners who will each receive a months supply of Frozzys Frozen Yogurt for dogs. (the “Prize”). One months supply will consist of 4 x 4 packs of Frozzys Frozen Yogurt per winner. The Prize carries no cash value and may not be transferred or substituted.

Opening/Closing Date & Time

The Prize Draw closes at 23.59 GMT on 10 April 2018 (“Prize Draw Period”).

How to Enter

To enter the Prize Draw the entrant must submit a photo of their dog(s) licking Frozzys Frozen Yogurt onto Jollyes Facebook page. Duplicate entries are not permitted and will be disregarded. Proof of electronic submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The name of the Winners and their county of residence will be provided on receipt of a written request sent to Jollyes Pet Superstores.

Winner Selection

The Winners will be selected randomly from all entries.The Winners will be noti ed by Facebook within one (1) day of being selected. The Winners will have seven (7) days from noti cation to respond to Jollyes Petfood Superstores to accept their Prize. Upon contacting Jollyes Pet Superstores, you can arrange a suitable time to collect your 1 months supply of Frozzys Frozen Yogurt. If a selected Winner (or any substitute Winner) is ineligible, cannot be reached, or fails to claim the Prize within (7) seven days of noti cation, that Winner (or substitute Winner) will forfeit the Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute Winner. This process is nal and no correspondence will be entered into. Non-winners will not be noti ed.

A Winner may be required to participate in Jollyes Pet Superstores reasonable marketing and promotional activities; by entering into the Prize Draw you consent to participate in such activities.

Privacy Notice

All information submitted in connection with this Prize Draw will be treated in accordance with these terms and conditions and Jollyes Pet Superstores Privacy Notice.

Waiver of Liability

Jollyes Pet Superstores will not be responsible or liable for: (i) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or other conditions beyond their reasonable control; (ii) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (iii) any disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond their reasonable control; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Prize Draw.

By entering the Prize Draw you release Jollyes Pet Superstores, the directors, employees and representatives, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize, except as prohibited by law.

Amendment

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jollyes Pet Superstores reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the Prize Draw at any time, in its sole discretion.
