Advised not to buy . A big disappointment! Rate 0 stars

I thought was doing the right thing by buying this product , contributing to the prevention of carbon emissions by not purchasing coconut shells ,plant based container therefore described as bio degradable etc , non plastic . The birds however will not touch it ? Its a big disappointment therefore would discourage anybody from buying this product as a waste of money ! We feed the wild birds with seeds and rich fat balls which they appear to enjoy . I shall be writing to the company to express these findings.
