Disgusted
Bought 2 bags, got home, didn't notice one bag totally ripped open & sellotaped back together. UNACCEPTABLE. What annoys me more is that when I got to the till I was asked to donate a can to the rescue which I always do - buy 1 or 2. Some weeks I have been in 3 times and donated 6+. I 100 percent support rescues but how dare you not donate that ripped bag to rescues instead of selling on to consumers. I'm unhappy. Also stock's low, didn't get all of my stuff - think it's possible it's time to change pet shops
