1. Simply place your order choosing the Collect In-Store option during the checkout, selecting the store of your choice.
2. We will then contact you when your order is ready to pick up.
3. Visit your chosen collection store, you can find maps and opening times using our store locator.
4. Go to the till and provide the following information to one of our store colleagues:
   Proof of Purchase: A printed or digital version of your ‘Ready to Collect’ or your ‘Order Confirmation’ email
   (If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, they must bring your Ready to Collect’ or your ‘Order Confirmation’ email)

We will hold your Collect In-Store orders for 21 days before refunding as per the Jollyes Refund Policy.
