Our store staff are renowned for their five star customer service – our Trust Pilot reviews speak for themselves! Friendly, passionate and knowledgeable, our team of pet enthusiasts will always try to help, whether you’re sniffing around for a particular product or needing some advice. 

Our store teams are passionate about all things pets, and in every store you’ll find specialists who are experts in particular subjects and have years of experience. Raw food, nutrition and fleas, are just some of the areas our store colleagues confidently offer advice about.

You’ll find the brands you know your pet loves, as well as specialist products that you won’t find in your local supermarket. Our stores stock a variety of products for Dogs, Cats, Fish, Wild Birds, Pet Birds, Farm Birds, and Reptiles.  Jollyes also has a family of own brands, spanning across dog, cat and small pet. From great value everyday staples to specialist nutritional lines, Jollyes own brands’ have something paw-fect for your pet (at an equally paw-fect price).

We know how daunting it can be when you need advice on your pet’s health. For concerns like fleas, our SQP trained colleagues can support you, whilst advising the right treatments for your pet’s problem. Our Community Pet Clinic (available in select stores) is home to vaccinations, microchipping and flea/worm treatments too! 

Carrying a 15kg bag of dog food to your car may not be the easiest of tasks, especially if you’re shopping solo. Simply ask one of our store colleagues for a hand, we’re more than happy to help.

We love seeing your pets in our stores! They are more than welcome to join you when visiting any of our Jollyes stores. We just ask if you can keep them on the lead – they might get a bit excited seeing other pets on their shopping trips! You may wonder, do Jollyes sell pets? We don’t, but we sell everything your pet could possibly need!

Many of our stores offer free parking. 

Excluded is Ellesmere Port where a Pay and Display operates.
