We want to make sure that your parcel gets to you and your pet as quickly as possible.
Typically orders are taking between 2-5 working days to be dispatched. There may be occasions such as a stock availability issue or high orders volumes where your delivery may not arrive within 5 working days.
We offer the following delivery options for mainland UK & Northern Ireland deliveries.

We offer a two day delivery service from the point of dispatch for orders in the following regions:

We are currently unable to deliver to BFPO addresses, Isle of Scilly, and International locations.

We want to make everything hassle free, so if home delivery is not for you then you can always click and collect in one of our 70 stores nationwide. Plus the best thing is it's absolutely free
Collect in 3hrs
If you chosen collection store has all the stock you need fr your order, you can collect it in 3 hours if you order before 2:30pm Monday to Saturday and before 12:45pm on Sunday
Collect in 7 days
If the store does not range the product that you are looking for or they need to top up on stock to fulfil your whole order, you can still click and collect your order and they will source your requested products within 7 days (we usually much quicker).
Hassle Free Process
- Simply place your order choosing the Collect In-Store option during the checkout, selecting the store of your choice.
- We will then email you when your order is ready to pick up.
- Visit your chosen collection store, you can find maps and opening times using our store locator. These details will also be included on your ‘Ready to Collect’ email.
- Go to the till and provide the following information to one of our store colleagues: Proof of Purchase - a printed or digital version of your ‘Ready to Collect’ or your ‘Order Confirmation’ email.
If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, they must bring your ‘Ready to Collect’ or your ‘Order Confirmation’email.
We will hold your Collect In-Store orders for 21 days before refunding as per the Jollyes Refund Policy.
