This solution also helps reduce the reddening of the fins and body, and prevent internal and external infections caused by the bacteria and fungus. The API fish medication contains hydrochloride that helps control contagious fungus in the water so that the fish eggs are protected from the fungal infection before hatching.
If you are using it for the first time then make sure that you read the instruction manual carefully. 5 ml of this antifungal fish medicine can be used per 10 gallons of aquarium water for up to 7 days. After 7 days, about 25% of the water must be changed. On the whole, this fish fungus medicine is to treat your fish in the safest way possible. After this, if the symptoms in your fish persist, you must consult an expert.
