How much will I be charged?
You will be charged the price that is advertised on the product page, plus any applicable delivery charges.
In the event that the normal price is lower than the subscription price due to a promotion, you will be charged the current product price.
Subscriptions activated during promotional periods will be charged full price for subsequent deliveries once the promotional period is over unless the product is on promotion.
Do I need to pay a bulk amount upfront?
No, you will only be charged for each order when it is processed, so there is no bulk upfront payment.
Can I use a voucher code for a subscription?
Subscriptions cannot be used in conjunction with any other type of promotion or voucher codes.
Can I update my subscription settings?

We want to make buying your Pet’s food as convenient as possible, so if you need to make changes to your subscriptions, simply visit ‘My Subscriptions’ in ‘Your Account’.
There are no fixed contract periods, and you can cancel anytime without a quibble. Please note that if you cancel before your third delivery you will not be entitled to any cashback.
If your product is discontinued your subscription service will be cancelled and we will contact you by email or phone to advise of any new or alternative products to replace the discontinued product.
