Facts
There are more than 500 million domestic cats in the world, with 33 different breeds.  A newborn kittens heartbeats about 200 – 300 beats per minute. Most kittens develop 26 baby teeth, 6 incisors, 2 canine and 5 premolars.

Environment
Kittens can be both indoor and outdoor animals. Kittens by nature have a desire to scratch. Provide scratching posts to allow your kitten to sharpen their claws and keep them entertained.

Seasonal Tips
In the summer months ensure your kitten has a shaded area to sleep and ensure water is available at all times.
