Wings of Freedom visit Wycombe store

Wings of Freedom were in store with some of their birds of prey to allow Jollyes customers to meet the birds and to promote the work of the charity. Colin Sutherland founder of the charity brought in a Falcon, European Little Owl, Tawny Owl, and Eagle Owl for customers to see.

Wings of freedom is a multi purpose, self supporting non profit making organisation. The charity was set up and founded in a dual roll capacity - helping people with disability and special needs improve their quality of life by giving access to and participation with owls and other birds of prey and in addition, founded to help owls and other birds of prey through our many aspects of rescue, rehabilitation and environmental work.

Store Manager Tom said: "Our customers were fascinated by the birds and the work of 'Wings of Freedom' and Colin's detailed explanation of the each bird's behaviour, performance and characteristic habits."
