Imagine being able to support a worthy animal cause by simply buying a pet product, well Jollyes Petfood Superstores in partnership with Pedigree is doing just that!

From 1st June till 31st July for every multi-pack of DentaStix's purchased at Jollyes Bridgwater store Pedigree will donate 50p towards purchasing food for the National Animal Welfare Trust at Heaven's Gate Farm. After the eight weeks of fundraising all the money collected will be presented to Heaven's Gate in the form of food and treats for all the animals the sanctuary care for.

The National Animal Welfare Trust at Heaven's Gate Farm is a Rescue and Rehoming centre for unwanted cats, dogs and small animals where the emphasis is on responsible pet ownership and permanent re-homing. The centre is also home to farm animals, birds, deer, horses and donkeys which are available for sponsorship.

Kathrin Porter from the National Animal Welfare Trust said: "We are so grateful to Jollyes and Pedigree for this great fundraising initiative. Heavens Gate is currently raising money for a new cattery and dog kennels so the donated food will help us to put more money towards the centre's re-development."
