During this early period, Jollye's supplied to HM The Queen's Studs and Billy Smarts Circus when it toured the country, amongst many other customers.

The business moved to its current site in Crews Hill, Enfield in 1976 and continued to supply Hay and Straw both delivered with it's own fleet of lorries and also on a Cash and Carry basis. Due to the storage space available in the new premises Jollye's were now able to hold stock for customers to collect rather than deliver only. Horse Feeds were also stocked to compliment the Hay and Straw already available.

Over the years a natural progression took place where the customers who visited Jollye's for their Horse Feeds also had Dogs, Cats and other animals. These customers wanted to buy all their pets requirements from Jollye's so the range of products stocked grew to suit customer demand. Jollye's had also started to manufacture Bird Seeds and Rabbit Foods during this period for sale to it's own customers and to other pet shops for them to resell.

Eventually in 1985, an extension was built to accommodate the ever-growing retail side of the business and our first Petfood Superstore was opened. A completely new concept at this time. Over a year or two the manufacturing ceased as more and more space was needed for the retail side of the business. The sole focus of the business was by this stage, and remains today, the retail sale of pet foods and accessories.

The new retail store proved successful at the Enfield site and further sites were acquired for similar stores around the country. The number of stores has increased steadily since 1989 and Jollye's currently has over 39 stores nationwide, including 11 in Northern Ireland.

Jollye's has plans to continue expanding in the future and is always on the lookout for suitable new locations. We aim to provide pet owners throughout the U.K. with all their pets requirements at competitive prices with an excellent level of service.
